Don is a former Board member of Synovus bank, First Florida Bank, Fifth Third Bank, YMCA of Collier County. Don is also the Past President of Naples Area Chamber of Commerce, Contrator’s Association of Collier County, The Pelican Bay Rotary Club and The Easter Seal Society. Don is the current owner of The Club at Gateway which was purchased from the members on Easter 2018. Don has three beautiful daughters and a step son with his wife Jamie.

Jimmy left the family business and became an Executive Chef after graduating from culinary school. He went on to work with some of the best chefs in the country and ended up being the Executive Chef at a Country Club in Northern Virginia. He later went to work for the legendary Charlie Staples and Fore Golf Services and became instrumental in growing the company through acquisitions of Golf and Country Clubs with a focus on the Florida market. Jimmy also assisted in helping to build and design the Virginia based Kinloch Golf Club. After Kinloch, Jimmy left the for profit golf business and entered into the Private Member-Owned club business which is where his focus has been for the last 15 years. He most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer at Wyndemere Country Club in Naples. Jimmy is currently the President of Lifestyle Management Group of Florida and is the Managing Partner at The Club at Gateway. He also has four children and enjoys spending time on the Gulf of Mexico, playing golf and living a healthy lifestyle!

She is currently the Vice President of D. Garrett Construction where she has worked with her father Don Garrett for the past 13 years specializing in the private Club industry. Brooke is married and has three beautiful children, sits on various Boards throughout the Naples community, lives a healthy lifestyle and loves the great outdoors.

Vern has been married for 24 years and has two sons. His oldest recently enlisted in the Air Force and the youngest is attending FGCU in the Fall of 2019. In his spare time he enjoys outdoor activities such as boating, skiing and hiking. As his family are all avid skiers, he makes a family trip back to his home state of Vermont for a ski vacation every year.

Her career in Florida began at WCI Communities in the Amenities and Homebuilding divisions. She worked closely with numerous residential communities including The Colony Golf & Bay Club, Tiburon GC, Pelican Marsh GC, Gulf Harbour GCC, Lost Key GC, Hammock Bay GCC, Old Palm GC, Artesia and other communities. She later became the Corporate Director of Marketing, Membership & Communications at Gulf Bay Group, the prominent developer of Fiddler's Creek, Marco Beach Ocean Resort, The Tarpon Club Marina and several high rises in Naples. MJ also traveled internationally, as the Executive Director of an EB-5 Regional Center representing several real estate projects in Florida seeking over $60 million from overseas investors via the USCIS EB-5 Program.

MJ received her BBA in Marketing from Western Connecticut State University and her MBA in Finance and Real Estate Land Development from Florida Gulf Coast University. She also taught an undergraduate course in Hospitality Marketing at Florida Gulf Coast University. MJ has a competitive spirit, enjoys outdoor sports and has a passion for hospitality and making a difference.

Chef Dan has over 25 years in the culinary field at award winning resorts and Country Clubs. It was passion that inspired Chef Dan to begin cooking in restaurant kitchens at an early age while studying the art of fine dining and South-West Florida cuisine. In order to further his craft, he then attended culinary school while developing his innovative techniques and personalized approach to cuisine.
