With a major construction firm based in Naples, FL as a subsidiary of ours, D. Garrett Construction, we are able to conduct complete renovations and new construction in a timely and considerably more efficient manner than most in the area.  This allows for us to re-open properties more quickly, while at the same time conducting major renovations or new construction at cost using our unique partnership in the area.
