D. Garrett Construction has over 35 years of renovation experience with luxurious country club properties throughout South-West Florida. Concentrated efforts are made toward providing quality workmanship, service and administrative attention to meet the growing needs of our clients. Over the years, D. Garrett Construction, has renovated some of the most prestigious properties in the area, including Royal Poinciana Golf Club, Bay Colony, Wyndemere Country Club, Grey Oaks, and Ocean Reef. These projects have consisted of entire clubhouse renovations, as well as major renovations to club amenities such as, pickleball & tennis courts, resort style pools, fitness & wellness centers, and luxurious formal & casual dining experiences.

In recent years, we have also expanded our renovation capabilities to include golf courses, with the ability to conduct entire course renovations, or minor improvements, in a timely and efficient manner during the off-season months.
